Meet at the Red Rock Ranger Station lower parking lot (approximately 1.3 miles south of the Village of Oak Creek). Plan to walk 3-4 miles round-trip along a mostly flat trail. Hopefully we'll be able to find several sparrow species, 2-3 towhee species, Sage & Crissal Thrashers, Rock Wrens, etc. Bring sturdy walking shoes, clothing layers, sunscreen, wide-brimmed hat, binoculars, food, and especially water. Any questions? Contact Mark Philippart at (928) 300-9713 or markotus@yahoo.com
